MEET ORA

Hi. I’m Ora. I’m an Executive Coach. I help senior executives
in Fortune 100 companies enhance their Leadership Presence – their ability to engage, connect, and influence in the workplace. Executives who work with me become more professionally productive and personally successful.

In addition to coaching high-potential New York executives, I’m the author of The Glass Elevator: A Guide to Leadership Presence for Women on the Rise and a featured speaker at conferences across the US, inspiring leaders to communicate with confidence and lead with impact. I’ve also served as Adjunct Professor of Business Communication at NYU’s Stern School of Business. In 2011, I was a winner in the British Airways Face of Opportunity contest.

My undergraduate degree is from the University of Pennsylvania and my MBA is from Columbia Business School. I’m certified as an Executive Coach by i-Coach NY and have advanced training in Shadow Coaching, Fierce Conversations, Difficult Conversations, Crucial Conversations, MBTI, Clark Wilson 360, Julie Morgenstern Time Management, Leadership Agility 360, The Happiness Advantage, and Reach Personal Branding.
